I was responsible for first-contact with all new prospective volunteers and employees at the station and their orientation & training which included FCC rules and regulations as well as technical training with broadcast hardware and the SCOTTS Studios radio automation system. In this position I set the tone and conveyed the organization culture to all new incoming personnel.
